Washington, DC 20006.

After the Institute receives your completed application, it will review your candidacy and essay question.

At this time of the process, you will receive a call or email from us for an interview to move your application to the next step.

After the interview, the Institute will review reference letters from potential candidates to finalize the list of participants.

After this, the Institute will select a minimum of 15 candidates to participate in the leadership program.

If selected, you will be provided with logistical information of where the leadership program will take place and the cost.

The last step of the process is to pay the participation fee of $350. The fee covers the 6-days stay at the retreat center and three-meals a day for the duration of the program.

Please note that we will provide transportation from airport/bus station to the retreat center for those not having vehicles to drive to the center.

Feel free to send us an email and we'll get back to you, asap.
